What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
Within the city: 2–4 business days
Outside the city: 5–7 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
For parcels up to 1 kg: PKR 200–250
For each additional 1 kg: PKR 90 extra
(e.g., 2 kg = 200–250 + 90, 3 kg = 200–250 + 180, 4 kg = 200–250 + 270)
